Currently, there is a fashion for large phones, and more specifically smartphones with ever larger screens. This has changed the approach to miniaturization. Most manufacturers try to fit more and more efficient components in a device with the same dimensions. However, Zanco is looking for a niche on the market in the form of miniature mobile phones. The tiny t1 model is supposed to be the smallest of them.

Zanco tiny t1 is really a small phone. Its dimensions are 46.7 mm x 21 mm x 12 mm and weigh only 13 g. It is equipped with a small display with a width of 12.5 mm and a resolution of 64 x 32 pixels. In the middle there is a battery with a capacity of 200 mAh, which is enough for 3 days of work in standby mode or 180 minutes of conversation. Zanco tiny t1 is only for calls and SMS sending via the 2G GSM network. Unfortunately, it can not connect to the Internet, even using WAP.

Zanco tiny t1 is supposed to work as a backup phone.

That’s why the manufacturer decided to use the nano-SIM card slot, which can be translated from a smartphone that is used every day. The phone has 32 MB of RAM and 32 MB of flash memory. It has enough for 300 contacts in the phone book, 50 text messages and 50 entries on the list of recent calls. Currently, the manufacturer has already finished work on the prototype and started to pre-sell the phone via the Kickstarter portal. The price of Zanco tiny t1 is 35 pounds (about 47 USD) what includes shipping costs.
